A creative problem solver who has a curiosity for human behavior. I love working with people and learning what makes them tick. I am passionate about creating delightful user experiences and advocating for users through the means of research. My mission is to make the world easier for humans, one idea at a time.
A global citizen who is multilingual and has intercultural sensibility. Multicultural awareness is vital in understanding and empathising with users from all over the world and collaborating with international clients.
A world traveler who is open to adventure. Aside from human centered design, traveling is one of my biggest passions. I love exploring new countries, trying different foods, being outside of my comfort zone, learning about people from all around the globe and learning new languages. I currently speak English, German, Cantonese and Spanish. I believe that traveling makes us a better human being as we recognize the similarities and celebrate the differences of culture between where we travel to and where we come from. There's no better classroom than being in a foreign land. These learning experiences are transformative, physically, emotionally, spiritually and behaviorally.
A self proclaimed gourmand who is always on the look out for new restaurants or the latest food trends. Gastronomy is another form of cultural exploration. Trying new culinary delights and experimenting with new recipes is a creative outlet for my curiosity and desire for learning. I believe that dining experiences is essentially story telling for all the senses.
